Based on our 2026 Terms & Conditions of Sale
This policy applies to purchases from Wholesale Fencing SA, including online store purchases. Read it together with our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Returns of standard stock
Returns are allowed within 7 days on standard stock. A 20% handling fee may apply. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by WFSA.
Non-standard and manufactured items
No returns are allowed on non-standard or manufactured items, subject to applicable Consumer Protection Act rights.
Return transport and exchanges
If you change your mind
The customer pays the collection or return transport costs for a change-of-mind return. Contact your branch to arrange collection or return the goods to the branch. Standard-stock returns remain subject to the seven-day return period, inspection and applicable handling fees, except where the law provides otherwise.
Defective goods delivered by WFSA
For defective goods delivered by WFSA and reported within seven days of delivery, WFSA will arrange collection and exchange at no collection charge to the customer. Contact your branch with your invoice number and details of the defect so that collection and exchange can be arranged.
Goods collected from a branch
If you collected the goods from our store, please contact the supplying branch and bring them back for inspection and exchange. For a qualifying defective-goods return under the Consumer Protection Act, return arrangements are at WFSA’s risk and expense; contact the branch before transporting the goods to arrange the return or reimbursement of reasonable agreed transport costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 working days. All returns remain subject to inspection and approval by WFSA.
Cancellations
Standard cancellations incur a 15% fee. Non-standard or manufactured items incur 100% cancellation.
Orders for non-standard, made-to-order, cut-to-length, or manufactured items may not be cancelled once accepted and are payable in full.
How to request a return
Contact your WFSA branch or email sales@wsfafrica.com with your order or invoice number and details of the item. Our team will assist with inspection, approval and return arrangements.
Consumer Protection Act
The seven-day return and exchange process does not limit your statutory rights. Where section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act applies, defective, unsafe or non-compliant goods may be returned within six months of delivery, without penalty and at WFSA’s risk and expense, for repair, replacement or refund at the consumer’s choice. Change-of-mind handling fees and non-standard-item exclusions do not override these rights. Contact WFSA about faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
